About Elina Feyginberg

Elina has spent more than 12 years in community and public safety, working alongside young people and families from diverse communities to build safer, stronger neighbourhoods. That work taught her that trust grows through everyday interactions long before a crisis arrives and that every student deserves to learn in a school where they feel safe, welcomed, respected and free to reach their full potential.

Today, Elina is an experienced business leader with a background in corporate leadership, accountability and organizational management. She bring a practical, collaborative approach to decision-making, guided by the belief that good leadership is about asking good questions, listening carefully and bringing people together to solve problems.

She is a proud TDSB arts/gifted graduate and holds an MBA in community economic development.
